70 Charlton

The two residential towers of 70 Charlton West SoHo were designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and synergize the comfort of liveable respite to an upscale New York establishment. These artfully crafted apartments approached Sefina to compliment the mood with our superior fine millwork, which can be seen throughout its interior. There are a total of 92 residences from 1-4 bedrooms and fashioned with private park and multiple first-class amenities. It was an enjoyable project for our team to contribute to and as always our clients were thrilled with the delivery of our top-rate millwork services!
